Service Designer, Experience Designer & Researcher

Stemmed from my architectural background, I would describe myself as an interdisciplinary and systemic thinker with a focus on service design, strategy, product design, research, and user experience. My strength lies in my ability to holistically analyze environments, users, physical and digital products that contribute to solving wicked problems. I believe ambiguity is the thriving force in guiding my life, career, and is the key ingredient in every step of the design process. It is the reason why I am not afraid to take the unexplored path, perhaps this is the reason why I am fortunate to live in a different part of the world and have various exciting and challenging projects in my hat.

I believe learning can also take place outside of books and the academic environment. Other than design, you will find me traveling, with my Canon D60, experimenting with my culinary skills, or spending time with my family and friends.
