Stemmed from my architectural background, I would describe myself as a transdisciplinary designer with a focus on strategy, research, user experience, products, and services. My strength lies in my ability to innovate and to solve wicked problems by leveraging systemic thinking and human-centered design. I have designed residential and commercial spaces, strategic development of well-being design methodology, organizational change management projects and loyalty program. This overlap between the two expertise gives me a unique perspective to collectively design for tangible and intangible experiences.

I like to work within the space of ambiguity and uncertainty. It is the reason why I am not afraid to fail or take the unexplored path. Perhaps this is the reason why I am fortunate enough to live and work in a different part of the world which had made me a better designer.

I believe learning can take place outside of books and academic environment. Currently working at eBay, but outside of work, you will find me traveling, photography, or expanding my culinary skills.
